The hotel offers a great selection of food that was lovely! The venue has neat and silent rooms complete with TV and excellent breakfast, as example. It is in favourable and unbeatable location to an award-winning shopping mall, set extremely close to the hotel. The property is in the pretty nice zone.

The room is beautifully decorated and brand-new, comes with spacious shower, bath tub plus internet.

In a hotel like this - hair is unacceptable.

The room was great modern and brand-new, I had facilities I needed. The breakfast was savoury, good for vegetarian. The staff were very amiable and were around whole time.

I got great value for my money at the hotel - the room was modern, attractive, and had an amazing shower and comfortable bed. The location was quiet but well-lit at night, and the staff, especially Kamal, were incredibly friendly and helpful.

Nothing to complain about, the venue met standard. My room was absolutely fantastic and impressive with really nice decoration and WiFi and the bathroom opened totally to the bed, and the check-out was late. The location was great as it was a short walk to an amusement park and bistros.

The room themes were fantastic. The staff were friendly and helpful. Good breakfast with room for improvement. Lovely porter/security guy at entrance. Large, well-equipped rooms with good amenities. Great shower and wifi. Excellent buffet breakfast with hot order options. Free shuttle service and kind enough to drop off at bus stop.

We were given brand-new and lovely modern rooms with bathtub, comfy beds, a window looking to the backstreet. Loved the location, it was quiet, on the back street.

We stayed in a hotel located in an unattractive alley near the center of the city. However, it was very close to Times Square and had easy access to the main attractions in the center of Kuala Lumpur. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a clean bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, being friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a variety of options and the hotel had a fitness center. it was a good value for money.

The hotel had some safety concerns as one of the male staff tried to enter our room without notice, which made us feel unsafe and uncomfortable.

The room was fantastic and impressive and clean but could be improved. The breakfast was satisfactory with fruits and appetizers, as for instance, no complains at all.

A double room I stayed at was silent with aqua theme with bath tub🙂

Impressive room, that also was really modern with a window looking to the backstreet. The breakfast in the bar was tasty and satisfactory for vegetarian to start your day.
